DESCRIPTION:The competitive juices will be flowing on October 28 and 29 when some of Burnaby's top business leaders are set to square off against one another in support of growing the Burnaby Board of Trade (BBOT).\n\nWhile most Boards of Trade and Chambers of Commerce take a more traditional approach to membership drives\, the Burnaby Board of Trade is hosting a 'Membership Event' that is like no other.\n\n5 teams chaired by Burnaby's savviest business minds will be working against the clock   and each other   to sign up new Board of Trade members and create greater community awareness about the important role of the BBOT.\n\n"The BBOT represents the entire business community here in Burnaby\, and our goal is to build and strengthen our membership for the benefit of everyone living and working in this city\," remarked Burnaby Board of Trade President & CEO Paul Holden. "But we're doing it in a unique kind of way.
