Their goal is to empower individuals to thrive during their difficult times\, by providing proper tools\, guidance and encouraging positive mental health. The groups they support in the community across Lower Mainland are:\n\n\n	Women and children who experienced or witnessed abuse in the past\n	High risk pregnant women with vulnerable background\n	Children at risk\n	Refugees within the community\n	Young parents re-entering the education system\n\nThey have been able to support these groups with their 9 locations throughout the Lower Mainland\, and more than 3500 individuals yearly.
