DESCRIPTION:The Building Resilience to Thrive   Business Foundations course provides essential tools and resources that are applicable for leaders looking for sustained long-term business resilience. This new 6-part online course\, developed and delivered by the  Gustavson School of Business at UVIC looks at the fundamental building blocks of great businesses: strategy\, marketing\, people\, and processes.  \n\n\n\nThrough our engaging and award-winning professor\, Dr. Mark Colgate\, you'll get tools\, inspiration and ideas that you can implement in your own business\, or within your own department or team.\n\n\n\nThe course is designed for those will full schedules\, with only one hour-long session each Wednesday over six weeks   and results in a formal education certificate.
