The workshop\, "Building Relationships Instead of Collecting Cards" is designed to help transform the networking experience from a stressful necessity to an activity that you can actually enjoy.\n\n \n\nThis workshop will provide a combination of practical models\, thought-provoking exercises\, and advice from personal experience to help you learn how to:\n\n	Develop your own personal strategy to networking\n	Enter a room and approach both individuals and small groups with confidence \n	Demonstrate sincere curiosity and use active listening to develop meaningful connections \n	Use networking as a life skill\, not just a job search tactic\n	Differentiate between networking styles in various situations\n	Convey your goals and needs when networking with authenticity\n\n"It takes only a moment's conscious decision to become a networker\, with no interference to one's daily routine.
