The BBOT and IBM Canada have partnered to present a special workshop series aimed specifically at not-for-profit organizations. The next workshop in the series is: Measuring Success with Outcomes
For not-for-profit organizations, understanding the difference between a result (what you've achieved) and an outcome (the impact it's made) is critical. To stay competitive in funding and to improve services to the community, organizations must understand and measure the ways in which their programs make a positive impact on the clients and communities they serve.
This workshop will teach you how to describe your organization’s impact in terms of what happens when your mission is successful, not just in terms of the services you provide---a meaningful shift in mindset that will help you better meet your funding and service goals by allowing you to tangibly demonstrate the effects of your work.
Join the BBOT and IBM Canada for this workshop that is specially designed for non-profit organizations and their boards, staff and volunteers.
