Description
CASL, the new Anti Spam law, came into force on July 1st and regulated all commercial electronic messages (emails, text messages, e-newsletters, etc.) If you use the internet to communicate with prospects, partners or customers, CASL may impact you.
This seminar will cover what CASL is and what it's not, and will explain the types of communication allowed and the new requirements placed on business.
