The provincial government is forecasting nearly 1 million job openings over the next decade. There is a skill shortage ahead of us and hiring and training your own skilled trades apprentices is the best way to grow a sustainable workforce.
Join this free seminar to learn about building your workforce with apprentices. Donna Henderson, Apprenticeship Advisor, Industry Training Authority (ITA), will provide an overview of who the ITA is, and touch on the role apprenticeship can play in growing your business. Donna will also present resources and supports ITA has to ensure employers and apprentices have successful apprenticeship journeys.
