Women own and operate 40% of small businesses in BC, the highest rate in all of Canada.  But barriers still exist to the success and growth of women-owned businesses.

Join the Burnaby Board of Trade for this special seminar to learn about some of the supports that exist to help women launch and grow their businesses. 

During this session attendees will learn about the Scotiabank Women's Initiative, a comprehensive program designed to help women take their business to the next level through:

• access to capital and the financing needed to grow
• support from senior business leaders through advisory boards
• education tailored to their needs with bootcamps for women entrepreneurs

This will be an interactive session  with a panel of experts to address financing for growing your business, questions related to accounting and taxes relevant to your business. So come prepared with your questions.
