Learn about the Cultural Intelligence (CQ) competency framework and develop skills for hiring, managing, and leading a diverse team in a multicultural context. Attendees will also learn diversity practices to enhance workplace inclusion and psychological safety.

This session is provided only as part of the Building Resilience to Thrive program, a COVID-19 recovery certificate to help businesses stay viable and adapt to compete in the future funded by Western Economic Diversification Canada and powered by the BC Chamber of Commerce network and UVIC’s Gustavson School of Business.
