In this session we will help you define what the perfect employee looks like, and will learn a structured approach to developing a job profile. But once this is done an interview needs to be conducted -- and that needs to be effective to get you the info you need to make hiring decisions.
Successful employment interviews and evaluating applicants takes more time than having an informal conversation. It requires training in questioning skills and listening techniques for uncovering the truth and getting the information you need. This session will also arm you with tips on making your interviews more effective.
